Practice Tip for Pro se Litigants: Use a Power of Attorney

Here is a tip from the Utah Fathers’ Rights Meetup Group!
A wife writes: “Appearing pro se on behalf of my husband thru power of attorney. Ex-wife filed affidavit of lies (w/ no documentation to prove them), & I filed answer & counterclaim w/ 19 exhibits to disprove the lies.”   She urged others to attend her presentation to learn how to use a power of attorney to represent another person in  Commissioner Patton’s courtroom, at the State of Utah: District Court-4th Judicial, 125 North 100 West, Provo, UT 84601
